• We will do our best to accommodate requests for private tours. Please be aware that Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles cannot be used for more than 10 hours. Overtime will incur additional charges (ranging from ¥5,000 to ¥10,000 per hour).

• To ensure a smooth departure, please confirm the meeting point and avoid last-minute changes. Please note that refunds will not be issued if you miss the bus due to personal reasons for changing the meeting point. Thank you for your understanding.

• Due to the length of the journey, the actual arrival time may be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above times are estimates only. • Go to the Kawaguchiko Cherry Blossom Festival from 04/01-04/13; Kawaguchiko Maple Corridor (dates to be updated); go to Kawaguchiko Oishi Park on other dates.

• As this day tour involves shared transportation, please be punctual at the designated meeting points and attractions. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows. Thank you for your understanding.

• For standard packages, each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Please inform us via whatsapp. If you do not notify us one day in advance and bring luggage on the day, the tour guide reserves the right to refuse boarding due to potential overcrowding and safety concerns. No refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

• For standard packages, we will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of travelers. Specific vehicle types cannot be guaranteed, please be aware.

• In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the park may, without prior notice, delay or change the operating hours of rides and shows, or even cancel some rides and performances.

• This product is subject to adjustments based on factors such as weather. For your safety, staff reserve the right to request guests to discontinue outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements, subject to the actual conditions on the day.

• The transportation, tour duration, and stopover times during the itinerary are subject to actual conditions on the day. In the event of special circumstances (such as traffic jams or weather conditions), the tour guide may, with the consent of the guests, reasonably adjust the order of attractions or remove attractions from the itinerary.

• For participants aged 70 or above or pregnant women, a liability waiver must be signed to ensure safety and complete the relevant insurance process. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when booking. We will email you the waiver form after receiving your order. Please sign, photograph, and return the form to complete your registration.

• Early departure from the group or leaving the group midway through the tour is not permitted. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment on your part, and no refund will be given. You will be solely responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group. Thank you for your understanding.

• Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow scenery viewing, hot spring season, and festive events) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors. Specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to official announcements. If no official notice of cancellation is received, we will arrange according to the original plan. Refunds will not be provided if the flower season or special event does not meet expectations. Thank you for your understanding.

• We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests. However, as this is a shared ride tour, seating is primarily assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requirements, please indicate them in the remarks section, and we will try our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the tour guide's coordination on the day. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Thank you for your consideration.

• Boutique small group tours (4–9 people) and private car tours are available, ideal for travelers who prefer small-scale travel. Please note that due to the long driving distances, the smaller vehicles used may not be as comfortable as larger buses, and space inside the vehicle is limited. To ensure a comfortable ride, small group tour participants should not bring large pieces of luggage (such as large suitcases). Please consider whether this tour is suitable for you. In addition, the small group tour will be led by a driver-guide. The driver's primary responsibility is safe driving, and the commentary provided along the way may be more concise compared to larger group tours. Thank you for your understanding.
