After lunch, explore more of the grassland, and if lucky, witness the beauty of the landscape after a rain.Drive to Kuitun City. On the way, travel along the Northern Section of the Duku Highway, known for its steep mountains and deep canyons. The road crosses snow-covered passes and major rivers, offering "magical" views despite its challenging conditions.Arrive in Kuitun for dinner, featuring a lamb offal set meal, and check into the hotel.
Important Reminder : Due to weather, the Duku Highway may be closed. If that happens, you may need to detour. Three options are available:

Stay in Hejing and return to Urumqi the next day.
Stay in Yining or Jinghe and return to Urumqi with a longer drive.
Pay extra for a flight or train from Yining/Nalati back to Urumqi.
