Driver will wait at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name.
A 90-minute grace period applies after flight arrival.
If your flight is delayed or unexpected events occur, please contact the driver in advance.
Without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the driver may leave after 90 minutes.

Airport Drop-Off from Hotel/Airbnb
Please wait in your hotel lobby 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
The driver will contact you at least 24-48 hours before your flight departure.
Travelers are advised to arrive at the airport 3 hours before international flights.

Provide the exact number of travelers and luggage when booking.
Book according to vehicle capacity (extra charge applies if overloaded).
Children under 6 years old must use a car seat (required by Japanese law).
Each car seat uses about 1–1.5 regular seats.
